Each hot tub is cleaned and sanitized before your arrival. Guests are responsible for filling, igniting, and maintaining the hot tub during their stay. Because they are authentic outdoor wood-fired hot tubs, minor soot, ash, wood particles, or natural debris may occasionally be present.

As a waterfront, nature-based resort, weather, fluctuating lake levels, and utility outages may occasionally impact amenities or recreational activities. These conditions are beyond our control and do not qualify for refunds, credits, or compensation.
